5. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Logimaxx Systems SRL disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logimaxx Systems SRL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use ZbxWizz, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Logimaxx Systems SRL reserves the right to terminate your access to ZbxWizz at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Romania.

9. Changes to These Terms

Logimaxx Systems SRL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or providing notice through other means. Continued use of ZbxWizz after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
