Currently one can export only one worksheet at a time in CSV format (XLS export is coming soon).
To do this, access the Data -> Export to CSV menu. In the opened window you can choose what to export from the current active worksheet:
One you hit the export button, you will be prompted with a Save file dialog. The default name of the file is backup. Feel free to choose a different name.
